Ashleigh Neil
Bachelor of Environmental Science (Land & Water) | AIG Member
Ashleigh’s career in drilling operations and earth sciences is shaped by a background in geotechnics and contaminated lands. With knowledge in geotechnical site investigations, geotechnical laboratory testing and environmental sciences, Ashleigh drives Rivcore’s site assessment, wastewater and geo-environmental service lines.
Ashleigh has experience in diamond drilling operations as a skilled operator. Along-side Brodie, Ash has worked on several unique, challenging and technical projects across NSW and Victoria. Ashleigh has experience in both underground and surface drilling and has achieved her Certificate III in Drilling and worked from Offsider to Driller 3 level with leading company Deepcore. Ashleigh is committed to working safely and ongoing professional learning and development and promoting the strengths of high achieving women in technical and leadership roles in the industry.
Ashleigh has undertaken training and development as a Land Capability Assessor for NSW and Victoria.

Brodie Barclay
Certificate IV Drilling Operations | Mining Supervisor S1, S2 | Class 2 Licensed Driller
Brodie has over 17 years experience in the drilling industry. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise surrounding diamond drilling and drilling operations to Rivcore. We know we are in capable hands with Brodie on the levers or managing programs and safety outcomes- he is completing his Diploma in Drilling and holds appropriate tickets and licenses.
Brodie’s crew supervision and leadership positions are credited to his technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. His commitment to mentoring and developing drillers and leaders in the industry is commendable and highly regarded by his colleagues.
As someone with a genuine passion for the industry and his own work, Brodie embodies Rivcore’s purpose by operating through authentic, hands-on expertise, with passion and accountability, fostering new expectations built on personability and trust.
Throughout Brodie’s career in Australia and Papua New Guinea he has developed specialist skills in Navi- drilling and deep holes with leading drilling companies.
